AMA is a small volunteer-run organization. We are seeking new volunteers to sustain our program. The roles do not involve an onerous time commitment. AMA volunteers benefit from priority enrollment for their children in any of the AMA lessons. We are working to modernize the AMA enrollment process, which should be simple for families to use and minimize the effort required from volunteers. We greatly appreciate any assistance we receive. Role descriptions:
- The Convenor is the primary conduit between the school and the AMA committee.
- Tutor Coordinators liaise between the tutors, families, and the committee/convenor on scheduling and enrolments.
- The Secretary assists with communications and management of committee business.
- The Treasurer overseas financial administration of the program.
